Every hybrid HatchTraveller trailer is capable of charging its own batteries by generator alone. However, electric charging is always the cleanest and most cost-effective option.

Customers have the option of choosing one, two or three electric chargers for their trailer. This selection may depend on the HatchTraveller model customers choose and the capacity of the batteries used in the trailer.

Electric charging provides a number of clear advantages: it represents an efficient, easy-to-use option and is cleaner and more economical than using diesel. For example, customers are able to apply electric during loading and unloading of the trailer – instead of running off diesel – resulting in significant cost savings.

HatchTraveller can also be used as a storage facility, saving vital space in the hatchery and further reducing energy usage and costs.
